J. Adam Ligon, DC

For the past 15 years, Dr. Ligon has proudly called Kansas City home. He is a graduate of University of Missouri and Logan Chiropractic College. Dr. Ligon brings a wealth of experience in sports chiropractic, working with athletes at all levels — from high school to professional.
He currently serves as the team chiropractor for St. James Academy and has previously worked with the Kansas City Phantoms arena football team. His clinical expertise includes care for NFL and MLB players, professional and junior tennis athletes, and contributions to multiple collegiate sports medicine teams.

Originally from Southeast Kansas and Central Missouri, he has long considered Kansas City a special place — both personally and professionally. A lifelong fan of the Chiefs and Royals, Dr. Ligon has enjoyed building his chiropractic practice in the Kansas City Metro while raising his family alongside his wife and their three young daughters.
