Our Story
KC Chiro has been serving the Kansas City community since 2008, when the practice first opened as Inside Sports Clinic, located within 68’s Inside Sports in Overland Park, KS. From the beginning, the clinic established a reputation for delivering high-quality, results-driven care for athletes and active individuals.
In 2016, ownership transitioned to Dr. Adam Ligon, marking the beginning of a new phase of strategic growth and long-term vision. Under Dr. Ligon’s leadership, the clinic expanded its reach through new locations and partnerships, while continuing to refine its clinical and operational model.
In July 2021, the practice relocated to Lenexa, KS, positioning the organization for scalability and improved access for patients across the region.
In late 2022, the organization rebranded as KC Chiro, reflecting a broader vision: to build a scalable, systems-driven network of clinics delivering consistent, evidence-based chiropractic care across the Kansas City metro.
Since rebranding, KC Chiro has experienced rapid growth, expanding to multiple locations across both Kansas and Missouri. This expansion has been driven not only by new clinic development, but also by the intentional growth of ownership and leadership within the organization.
KC Chiro has prioritized developing providers into leaders—creating opportunities for doctors to step into expanded roles in clinic leadership, operations, and ownership. This approach has enabled the organization to scale while maintaining a strong culture, high accountability, and consistency in patient care across all locations.
Today, KC Chiro operates as a multi-location chiropractic group serving the greater Kansas City area, supported by a growing leadership team aligned around a shared mission: delivering an exceptional patient experience through standardized systems, strong clinical outcomes, and team-based care.
As KC Chiro continues to expand, its focus remains on building both infrastructure and people while developing future leaders within the organization while extending its footprint across the metro.
